I have this little tiny cow stamp with a coordinating sentiment stamp that says, cow’s it going?. I have always loved this set but, had a hard time with it since it is so small. It has been a tricky stamp to figure out because in my mind I have to use other things to make it look so much bigger or I have to use it for a tag or something shaped smaller. I got a new Tim Holtz stencil a little bit ago and I wanted to play around with it. As I was creating the background with some Distress Oxide ink, I was thinking what could go in this little spot? Then it hit me! The cute little cow. This stencil added enough to the background to make this image look bigger. I stamped cow’s it going, in the middle of the card off centered. I stamped the cow and then fussy cut him out. I didn’t care for how light in color it was so I added some black shimmer pen to color in his spots, tail and hooves. I did not add any foam tape to him, I just glued him on with some Gina K liquid adhesive. I added some bling to the top right of the card and to the bottom left of the card. After I was done stenciling on it, I cut it down using my new Gina K designs nesting stitched dies. I then cut out a piece of black paper to use as the mat of the card and adhered it all to a white A2 size card base. This is a fun little card that came together quickly. I am thrilled that I got to use this little cow stamp….finally!
